We visited the Congresbury showroom with mixed feelings. My wife was particularly keen to purchase a hot tub, but had reservations followwng bad reports on running costs and difficulty with maintaining clear water. After watching the DVD and listening to Justyn's lengthy and detailed description on the workings of a hot tub, my wife was sufficiently impressed that she decided to test out the showroom hot tub. It transpired that the information my wife had been provided with by a friend related to that of a different manufacturer that was clearly not up to the standard of the hot tubs manufactured by HotSpring. We have been impressed not only by the hot tub that we purchased, but by all the staff that we have come into contact with. Our thanks go to Justyn and John at Congresbury, the installation team, Brian the maintenance engineer and all those back at the office. The installation, with difficult access, went better than expected, and the day-to-day maintenance, with the exception of a few initial hiccups, is now running smoothy. The guaranteed running costs appear to be all that are promised, even in the coldest winter period. The evening lecture at the Bristol showroom on the mainenance of hot tubs, and in particular of water quality, was extremely well presented. It has helped us put right those initial hiccups we mentiond earlier.

We live in a small 2-up 2-down house not far from the centre of town, with a small garden. Earlier this year I had an unexpected heart attack and it was after this we decided to improve our lifestyle and home enjoyment with a hot tub. With the ok from the Consultant we started our search. After wet-testing three other companies' hot tubs, we were on our way to try a fourth near Cadbury Garden Centre and knowing that HotSpring were at the Garden centre we decided to go in there first. After looking around the products you have in your range, we talked at length to Justyn Rowley at the desk. He took a long time in explaining the different hot tubs in great detail. He couldn't have been more helpful and answered our many questions on how to look after them and running costs etc. The upshot was that we tested two hot tubs there and then. The following Saturday the Jetsetter arrived. The installation team were very polite, friendly and on time. They went out of their way to explain the running of the hot tub and its best positioning, explaining everything in detail. Since then we have used the Jetsetter at least everyday - sometimes twice a day - and consider it one of our best purchases. It does all that is said about hot tubs (soothing and relaxing etc) but just as importantly it takes us away from the television and gives us time together without distractions. Well done to all at HotSpring for a pleasant experience in purchasing, delivery and installation. We have also found the aftercare to be very good when dealing with a water problem.

We are glad we went to HotSpring Congresbury. Primarily when we thought about spending the amount of money that hot tubs command we found a manufacturer that makes one that doesn't sound like a washing machine with a terminal illness, even when it wasn't running! Also the advantage of dealing with a company who offered superior build quality, running costs and after-sales service (which my wife has telephoned a couple of times concerning chemicals and again has received helpful and friendly advice). However, probably the original and important reason, was at the front end of the business we met a young man who, on our first meeting, never inappropriately pushed the product, had a sense of humour, even after some of my more interesting questions and who obviously had knowledge of the product he was actually selling (good job Justyn!).We are obviously completely satisfied with our hot tub. Well no! Not completely. A simple clock supplied as standard on all tubs would be of immense benefit to us all, simply to tell us where the time goes! We cannot believe the relaxation properties that our hot tub gives us or the amount of time spent in it.

We just wanted to write to you to let you know how pleased we are with our Vanguard Hot Tub. From the day we came into the showroom at Cadbury Garden Centre we were impressed with the service from both you (Justyn) and your colleague John.Your knowledge and professionalism helped us no end. There was certainly no hard sell approach.   We had tried and tested other hot tubs and outlets but we soon realised that HotSpring were far superior in product and design. At first a hot tub for us was going to be a bit of  fun, but we soon realised there are so many other benefits, for example medical and relaxation. We have had our hot tub for three weeks now and already have started to benefit from it.   As for the installation, it was just another good example how HotSpring operate. The two man team were very helpful and knowledgable and the after-sales team were excellent. They quickly arranged a replacement seal to be fitted with no quibbles. What a nice change it was to buy something from a company where the sales, delivery and after-sales teams were only too happy to help, and did exactly what they said they would do, were polite,helpfull and smiled!   Thank you HotSpring!

After 10 minutes of being owners of the Sumatran hot tub from Tiger River we thought it time to put pen to paper to share with you just how happy we have been with every aspect of being a HotSpring’s customer. From a day, way back in October 2007, we had ventured to Cadbury for a spot of plant shopping; we wandered into the HotSpring show room….dreaming! A hot tub had been on our wish list for about 2 years!...with no intention of buying one we had a good look at them all and chatted informally about the specifications of each hot tub. With no pressure selling and a friendly face to speak to we discovered just how HotSpring make it affordable, therefore possible,  to be a happy owner of a hot tub! Without any hesitation we decided there and then to buy the Sumatran which advertises as seating 4 adults, however we have seated 6 adults quite comfortably at parties! The jets have worked wonders for daily aches and pains! After buying our hot tub we had concerns about how we were ever going to get it over our 6ft wall! With HotSpring there was never a problem, only a solution! You then came to our property  for a site visit to check everything would fit and amazingly the following week 2 men were delivering our hot tub via a crane over my wall and continued to set up the hot tub so the next day we could get in and enjoy! The customer service we have received from HotSpring has been first class and has continued to be over the last year. The staff are all friendly and very willing to help. To this day we have enjoyed every second on our hot tub ranging from half an hour to chill out and unwind to spending 4 hours in it at a party! (You really do forget time in the hot tub). So far our favourite time of year in our hot tub has to be Christmas morning. It’s so cold outside that it’s extremely steamy in the hot tub, combining that with chilled champagne is just perfect! So I would like to once again take this opportunity to thank HotSpring for making it affordable for us to live like Kings and Queens on our own back garden! You have been a fab company to deal with and we continue to enlighten all our friends!
